What are Quartz singing bowls?

Singing bowls produce specific frequencies when played, which correspond to musical notes. These frequencies are believed to resonate with different parts of the body and mind to promote healing. Each frequency is thought to affect different energy centers, helping to balance and harmonize them.

They are used in meditation, sound therapy, and healing practices. The vibrations and sounds from singing bowls are believed to help us be at peace, enhance emotional well-being by creating a calming and meditative state, and balance energy centers—the chakras in the body.
